VaultPilot Guide provides a browser-based password generator, a local browser vault for learning the password manager workflow, and educational guidance about safer password habits.

The password generator runs in your browser. Generated passwords are not sent to our server by the generator. If you choose to save an entry in the local vault, the entry is encrypted before it is stored in this browser’s local storage.

You can type a site name, username, password, and private note into the local vault. This information is intended to stay on your device and in your browser profile. We do not provide cloud sync, account recovery, or server-side backup for local vault entries.

If you clear browser data, use private browsing, switch browser profiles, or lose the device, local vault entries may be unavailable. Export your own backup if you decide to keep anything important there.

We may receive normal technical information needed to deliver web pages, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and basic server logs. This helps keep the site available and secure.

Some pages may include outbound links to external tools or services. If you leave VaultPilot Guide through an external link, the destination site controls its own privacy practices and policies.

For visitors from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we aim to keep optional measurement separate from necessary site operation. The generator and local vault learning flow should remain usable without optional analytics or marketing cookies.
